The upcoming multi-format series between Australian and Indian women is set to take place. Three Twenty20 Internationals, three One-Day Internationals, and one Test match will be part of the Women in Blue's tour of Australia. Notably, the T20Is are scheduled for February 15, 19, and 21. The dates of the ODI matches are February 24, 27, and March 1. Additionally, the Test match is scheduled to begin on March 6.
As Cricket Australia revealed the Australian women's team for the forthcoming series, it is noteworthy that all-rounder Sophie Molineux has been named Australia's new all-format captain. Alyssa Healy will take over as captain for the three ODIs and one Test before Molineux retires. Molineux will start her captaincy tenure with the T20I leg of the series.
Kim Garth, Nicola Carey, Grace Harris, and Beth Mooney are among the players who will be part of the T20I team. At the same time, players like Lucy Hamilton, Phoebe Litchfield, and Ellyse Perry will be part of the ODI and Test squad.
